LED strip FPCB is not a commodity purchase. Voltage, copper weight, LED package, pad layout and cutting unit must align with your production process. Here is the information that matters.
Working Voltage Range

From standard low-voltage 12V/24V to high-voltage mains 110V/220V designs. Copper thickness, resistor configuration and pad spacing are engineered to the actual operating voltage.
LED Package Compatibility
1612 · 2025 · 2835 · 5050 · COB · Custom
Pad dimensions, pitch and copper clearance are configured for each LED package. COB strips use a continuous copper lane design distinct from discrete-LED boards.
Board Width & Cutting Unit
Width from 4 mm · Cutting unit from 2.5 cm
Board width affects heat dissipation, extrusion channel fit and SMT yield. Cutting unit determines the solderable segment length and should align with your end product.
Why FPCB specification matters
Wrong spec = defects at scale. Right spec = stable daily output.

LED & Resistor Matching
LED forward voltage and resistor value must be coordinated for the working voltage. Mismatched pairs cause uneven brightness or premature failure.

Copper & Current Capacity
Insufficient copper thickness for the operating current causes temperature rise, voltage drop and reliability issues in field use.

SMT & Reflow Fit
Pad geometry and solder mask registration directly affect pick-and-place yield and solder joint quality on your existing reflow line.

Downstream Process Alignment
Slitting width, extrusion channel compatibility, adhesive type and potting clearance must be designed in, not added later.
