For LED Strip manufacturers, a defective FPCB roll discovered during SMT or reflow is a production-line problem--not just a material return. NWSIRY structures quality control across the full production process so that problems are caught before they reach your factory floor.

Incoming Material Inspection

Raw materials--base film, copper foil, adhesive, and coverlay--are inspected against specifications before entering production. Supplier qualification and batch records are maintained under our ISO 9001:2015 system.
